Agreement to Terms of Use
By accessing and utilizing our website, mobile applications, or any associated platforms (collectively referred to as the “Site”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Should you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are required to discontinue use of the Site immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with updates reflected in the “Last updated” section. By continuing to use the Site after any changes are made, you indicate your acceptance of the revised Terms. To ensure compliance, we encourage you to review these Terms periodically and stay informed of any updates or modifications.
Please note that the Site is designed exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing the Site, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are in full compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to your location. Accessing the Site without meeting these conditions is strictly prohibited.
Service Delivery and Partnership
The Parties agree that our role is to deliver IT services focused on crowd marketing and website promotion, including the provision of niche-specific links tailored to your specified resources and requirements. These services will be performed in accordance with agreed timelines and specifications, which will be available for review in your Customer’s Area upon login.
The term “Services Output” encompasses both tangible and intangible results provided under these Terms. An “Order” refers to a request for specific Services Outputs, which you submit and pay for through the Site. Once your Order is placed, you will receive login credentials to access your Customer’s Area, where you can provide the necessary Specifications for the requested services.
Both Parties understand that a successful working relationship relies on commitment, cooperation, constructive feedback, and mutual trust. We agree to maintain open and transparent communication, even when our viewpoints differ, to ensure a productive and positive partnership.
Descriptions of our services
Service Delivery Schedule
The timeline for delivering each Service Output is mutually agreed upon by both Parties within the Customer’s Area for each individual Order. Should unforeseen circumstances impact the agreed delivery timeframe, we will notify you within 2 calendar days of becoming aware of the delay. If the delay extends beyond 10 calendar days, you may qualify for reimbursement as specified in these Terms.
Payment and Processing Terms
Work on your Order will commence only after payment has been received, as outlined in the Invoice and Order Summary available in your Customer’s Area. Payments can be made via PayPal, ACH Transfer, Wire Transfer, or other methods mutually agreed upon. Unless otherwise specified in writing, all payments will be processed in USD.
Orders are handled on a prepayment basis, and partial deliveries are permitted. Any updated specifications should be submitted directly through your Customer’s Area.
Service Output Balance
When placing an Order with Partial Deliveries, a Balance will represent the remaining Services Outputs yet to be fulfilled. This Balance is determined by subtracting the number of Services Outputs for which you’ve submitted Specifications from the total Outputs included in the Order. For instance, if you order 500 Services Outputs and provide Specifications for 100, your remaining Balance will be 400.
The Balance can be utilized within one year from the Order Date (the date payment is made). Any unused Balance beyond this one-year period will expire and no longer be available.
Refund Policy and Eligibility
In the event of a delay exceeding 10 calendar days or our inability to complete the Order (e.g., failure to locate suitable sites for link placement within a 2-week period), you will be entitled to a reimbursement for any undelivered Services Outputs.
